Tet is a three-day festival celebrating the Vietnamese New Year. The amazing food is just a small part of the Tet festival, which is the biggest cultural event on the Vietnamese calendar. My Apple and Caramel Pie is a BBQ dessert that is always a crowd pleaser. Except for diabetics. They don’t care for it much. For the rest of us though, this is a nice, easy pie that you can make in your bbq that is going to really set your parties apart from all the others. I recently purchased a Smash Pizzeria kettle ring which turns a Weber into a pizza oven. It’s an interesting piece of kit and I was busting to get stuck into it, so I put my thinking cap on and came up with Smoked Honey Chicken and Chorizo Pizza. It was also a great opportunity for me to try out my new-to-me Weber One Touch Gold that I got for a song on Gumtree.
